MAKE AN HC ADVISING APPOINTMENT

*建议 Appointments may be done 在人 (depending on the day and advisor) or 几乎

学生可以 MAKE THEIR OWN appointments by following these easy steps:

**PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOGGED INTO YOUR 奥克兰的电子邮件 ON THE BROWSER YOU ARE USING TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

1. 点击 在这里 to go to the "HC 建议 Appointments" Google Calendar
2. Available advising appointments will show up as time slots on 你自己的 日历 so that you can easily see your personal conflicts and/or open times.
   1. It will automatically take you to "today" and show the current week's appointments. 
   2. To change weeks, use the arrows, top left
3. Find and click on the time slot of your choice
4. Check to see that 这两个 your 第一个 & 最后的 的名字 have filled in automatically (this should happen if you are logged into your Oakland Email) but, 如果不是, 添加 这两个 的名字 之前 C舔保存
5. Once you have saved your appt., you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link attached.
   1. *If you wish to have an "在人" 会议上, please email Meagan Slappey to let her know or ask part time advisors, 詹娜Przeslawski or Shaunda Mankowski which days they are in the office.

** Remember that HC students are required to meet with an 荣誉学院 Academic Adviser at least once per year to maintain good standing in the HC.

This helps to ensure you are on track to graduate and will be following the most beneficial HC Program Plan for you, related to your major.
